We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our wonderful team!

ARTIQ represents and works with some of the best artists around, giving its clients unrivalled access to unique and inspiring collections. Artist get paid fairly and clients get beautiful, relevant art collections. Working with world-class clients and artists across a wide variety of industries means no two days are the same!

ARTIQ is now looking for a driven leader with an excellent track record in sales success. The successful candidate will be managing, developing and growing our wonderful team of art consultants, overseeing the management of existing art rental accounts, servicing and growing new business opportunities. They will also sit on our Senior Management Team working with our Head of Operations, New Business and Art Manager to oversee the growth and successful running of the business.

The successful candidate will be well-connected in the hospitality or workplace real estate/interior design world and have a keen interest in art or design. They will exude confidence, be determined, personable and approachable.

Remuneration:

– Salary competitive and £negotiable.
– Generous and uncapped commission with structured bonuses.
– Expenses account.
– 20 days’ holiday plus public holidays.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage, lead and develop the sales team, ensuring cohesion and high performance from all members of the team.
2. Work with the Head of New Business to ensure all members of the team seek out and build a credible network of key client accounts and strategic partners.
3. Oversee and deliver a pipeline of realistic sales leads and opportunities.
4. Both personally and as a team, close deals with speed, clarity and profitability.
