ARTIQ worked alongside architectural design and development studio Echlin to curate a rental art collection for a high-end residential property in West London.

Kenure House spans 3,800 sq ft and is an elegant, modern take on a Victorian townhouse with refined contemporary architecture and a Georgian façade.

ARTIQ Managing Director Patrick McCrae worked closely with the sales and design team at Echlin to curate a high calibre art collection that reflects the modernity of the design and enhances the cultural value and aesthetic for a potential buyer.

Patrick selected work by some of the most exciting contemporary artists in London including Robin Kang and Chris Woods.

This beautiful project has received wide acclaim from design and property press including House & Garden, The Daily Telegraph and Wallpaper*Magazine.

Working with Artiq at Kenure House has allowed us to support local artists. Their dedicated approach to finding, curating and providing a platform for local talent is truly unique. It added a dynamic element to the project that also helped express our own ethos as a design studio. – Somya Singh, Interior Designer, Echlin
