We’re now looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in their financial administration work in the Accounts Department.
The right candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar accounts role, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and have the ability to multi-task and a problem-solving mindset.

Purpose of the role
• Accurately process and input purchase invoices onto our online accounting software.
• Accurately create sales invoices from quotes and liaise with our Sales Consultants in the event of any discrepancies.
• Entering sales invoices onto our online accounting software.
• Keeping the Finance Manager up-to-date regarding all elements of the financial administration duties carried out each week.
• Assisting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc administration duties.

• Have a positive and flexible attitude.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of XERO accounting software.
• AAT level 2 or qualified by experience.
