Alongside the UK's first Six Senses hotel and a wide range of restaurants and retailers, it also comprises 139 residences, all flooded with natural light and designed with the sophisticated elegance and outstanding craftsmanship for which Finchatton are renowned.

Apartment 212 stands as one of the building's most beautiful residences. In collaboration with Finchatton and interior designer Claudia Riga de Spinoza, Artiq curated a collection that seamlessly complements the interiors, weaving a cohesive narrative between art and design.

Artiq's curation is showcased alongside works from a local high-end gallery, soon to be based within The Whiteley’s retail district, demonstrating how emerging and established artists can command equal presence in the most luxurious spaces.

Featuring predominantly London-based emerging artists, this rented collection offers the developers the flexibility to introduce a bespoke, tailored art collection to the development without the risks of a long-term commitment.
