Sophie is a Curator, working closely with our artist liaison team to create bespoke collections for clients, sourcing and assembling on-brief artworks from our own artist catalogue and the vast libraries ARTIQ can access, to ensure each space is curated to perfection.

Sophie studied History of Art at Goldsmiths, before pursuing a career as a television arts documentary researcher, including working for Sky Arts and The Discovery Channel. She then returned to her studies, taking an MA in the History and Philosophy of Art in Paris, going on to work as a freelance creative arts journalist for titles such as Polyester and Selvedge, prior to joining ARTIQ.

‘My MA thesis on the relationship between art and mental illness made me very aware of art’s relationship with wellbeing and its therapeutic power, not only for artists, but for clients too, whether working in an office environment or relaxing in a hospitality space.’
