Last week, we kicked off our 2025 Peer to Peer Mentorship Programme with a gathering at the Artiq office. Now in its third edition, the scheme brings together 31 artists from our network for four months of dialogue, reflection, and creative exchange.
Designed for our signed artists, the programme encourages participants to take on the role of both mentor and mentee, fostering dynamic environment where every artist is both teacher and student. With groups of two or three formed based on practice and location, the scheme is built on trust, peer support, and shared insight.
Through monthly meetups, exhibition visits and studio sessions, the programme invites artists to step outside their comfort zones and into a collaborative framework. Whether navigating a transition in their career, reigniting a creative spark, or seeking practical advice, artists will have the chance to reflect deeply and grow meaningfully within a supportive community.
At the core of the programme are Creative Conversations—artist-led sessions that offer space for discussion, critical feedback, and mutual problem-solving. Artists are also encouraged to open up their studios to peers, offering a rare opportunity to engage with one another’s practice in person.
The scheme has previously led to collaborative exhibitions, lasting friendships, and joint creative ventures. This year, we’re excited to see where these new connections will lead.
Stay tuned as we share highlights from this year’s cohort, and if you’re interested in applying, keep an eye out for our 2026 announcement.
