We are looking to hire a dynamic and creative Art Consultant with a proven sales track record to join our team. An integral part of this role is pitching, presenting, and closing art rental collections for new clients in the workplace sector. In addition, business development, enhancing our reputation with key industry partners, and attracting potential new clients are key components of the position.

The ideal candidate should have a deep interest in art and design, as well as strong connections within the interior design, architecture or creative industries. They should excel at working with various stakeholders, ranging from small, independent businesses to C-suite teams at major corporations.

We are hiring a confident and experienced HR Manager to support the growth and development of Artiq's team. The purpose of this role is to manage employee relations, maintain HR information systems and develop relevant company and HR policies, procedures and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong IT skills and solid knowledge of employment and GDPR legislation.

This role will cover the period in the lead up to, during, and after the maternity leave of the Commercial Director. You will be responsible for sourcing, running and closing significant deals across all sectors at Artiq.

The core function of the role is to ensure financial revenue targets are met and exceeded, whilst nurturing a pipeline of deals ongoing; managing projects seamlessly from end to end with the Artiq curatorial and project management teams. Key to success in this role will be maintaining excellent client servicing standards, delivering profitable deals and nurturing relationships internally and externally.

This role will cover the period in the lead up to, during, and after the maternity leave of the Commercial Director. You will have line management responsibilities for 4x Managers across 3 departments and a total of 6 direct reports. You will also have access to support from the Commercial Director’s shared EA (reporting to the COO).

The core function of the role is to ensure consistent, clear management of the Sales and Marketing departments and to ensure that headline and specific financial targets are met.

Please note that you will be overlapping with the Commercial Director on both sides of the fixed-term maternity cover.

We're looking for an inspiring and engaged curator to design creative concepts that will form the basis of insightful, thoughtful, and unique artwork collections. Using strong research skills, you will uncover and build relationships with exciting emerging artists, curating their work into Artiq’s projects and presenting them to our clients.

You will work in collaboration with our Art Consultants (Sales) and Operations teams to successfully implement client feedback and design strategy, translating this into curatorial work. You will have an extensive network of artists, with international connections being a plus, and experience in handling artist negotiations and special projects such as commissions.

This is an exciting opportunity to curate artwork collections for an international roster of clients whilst liaising with hundreds of artists, showcasing your skills in organising complex projects and sharing your art industry enthusiasm and expertise.
