The NLA Awards honour projects that promote
a more sustainable and equitable London.
We are thrilled to announce that one of our projects has been shortlisted for the NLA Awards 2024!
Presented in association with the Mayor of London, the New London Awards celebrate all scales of projects, from community-led to large-scale mixed-use developments. The 2024 shortlist showcases those projects that contribute to and enhance our vision for a New London: a city that is sustainable, civilised and egalitarian, that seeks to improve the quality and standards of new design.
Shortlisted in both the Workplace Built and Community categories, Fivefields is a pioneering, purpose-driven workspace that has prioritised inclusivity and accessibility at every stage of the design process.
The Fivefields art collection, our ninth collaboration with x+why, was curated in close partnership with Grosvenor to ensure cohesion between the interiors and the artwork. The collection, which primarily features works from local socially engaged artists, revolves around themes of community, inclusivity, and sustainability.
Voting is also open for the 2024 People's Choice Award, where the public and wider built environment community can have their say and pick their favourite project from this year's shortlist. Click here to cast your vote.
A huge thank you to our Fivefields collaborators— Barr Gazetas, Grosvenor, Westminster Foundation, x+why, and Positive View Foundation—and huge congratulations to our project team for their outstanding contributions to this project.
We look forward to the annual New London Awards Lunch on Thursday, November 21, where winners will be announced.
