Sara Sahores

Sara Sahores is a visual artist and photographer from Buenos Aires, currently based in London. With a background in Architecture and an MA in Photography from the Royal College of Art, her work spans analog and digital processes including C-type printing, rayograms, risography, Polaroids, and screen-printing.

Sahores approaches photography as a personal archive—driven not by documentation, but by desire and instinct. Her intuitive practice often blurs the lines between appropriation and authorship, guided by a collector’s eye and a pursuit of visual pleasure. Raised in a creative household, her early exposure to art forged an experimental and deeply reflective methodology.

Since relocating to London, her work has absorbed new visual textures and influences, while maintaining strong ties to her artistic community in Argentina. Through a fluid exploration of image-making, Sahores challenges the way photography is used, interpreted, and experienced.
