Zoë Wilkinson is a British-Caribbean artist whose multidisciplinary practice weaves together philosophy, family archive, and Caribbean folklore to create intricate, imagined homelands.
With an MA in Painting from the Royal College of Art, she uses unique, historical materials like sugarcane fabric and charcoal made from driftwood to explore legacies of indentured labor and postcolonial identity.

Her art reimagines the Caribbean Gothic beyond traditional Western ideas, often focusing on water as a powerful space of connection and change.
Zoë’s creative process is deeply intuitive, combining both visual art and writing and she is currently working on her debut novel.
