F I F T E E N is an exhibition of raw and thought-provoking images captured by teenagers in Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, Uganda and Ukraine.
The images are the result of several workshops Street Child has hosted with local photographers to encourage 15-year-olds in these five countries to explore creative self-expression through image-making. A selection of these images has been included below.

Street Child is one of the world's fastest-growing international children's charities. Established in 2008, they work with local organisations around the world to ensure every child has access to an education.
After seeing the incredible outcome of these workshops, Street Child reached out to us with the desire to present the images in the form of an exhibition. Bringing our curatorial and exhibition production expertise to the project, Artiq and Street Child created an immersive celebration of youthfulness, resilience, and hope.

The exhibition was launched in October 2023 in celebration of Street Child’s 15th anniversary. From active conflict zones and refugee camps to remote and marginalised communities, attendees got to explore what it means to be 15 years old in drastically different contexts.
It has been a privilege for our team to curate an exhibition that showcases the creativity and resilience of this group of incredible young people. At Artiq, we are firm believers in the power of art to tell impactful stories and foster community; F I F T E E N is a perfect example
